SYNOPSIS
Ms. Cacula is a waste picker, who crosses the city balancing piles of metal and plastic on top of her freighter. These cargo bikes adapted by her and other waste pickers from Ceara, Northeast of Brazil, turn the “rich garbage” of Brazilia into an opportunity for popular, autonomous and clean recycling, trying to pave the way for a better life in the Brazilian capital.
