SYNOPSIS
Bruno, Pierre, Annick and Valentin are truck drivers. They are part of the thousands of men and women who criss-cross the roads of France and Europe day and night, driving their 44-ton trucks. Faced with the rapid growth of e-commerce, over the last 30 years, heavy goods vehicle traffic has increased by 50%. The world has never been so dependent on truckers. In the midst of a health crisis, they are one of those forgotten professions that have stepped up to the front line to keep society running. Who are they? What do we know about them?
