SYNOPSIS
Reformers is a documentary that portrays the Protestant community of the Evangelical Church of the Río de la Plata, in the metropolitan region of Buenos Aires, Argentina. The film shows how Luther’s reforming gene persists in a country monopolized by Catholicism, which from being born as a church of the German community mutated into an open and inclusive church with a gender perspective, committed to Latin American problems in relation to human rights, ecology and the social impact of recurring crises.
