SYNOPSIS
An exchange program is started by Russian and US law enforce- ment. John McKenzie, American police officer, comes to Moscow from Los Angeles. He is partnered up with Russian police captain Vasilisa Vikhreva. Their first case that brought down the interna- tional diamond smuggling net- work was a huge success. At the request of LAPD, John decides to stay in Moscow, serving in the department created for investigating cases that involve foreign citizens. In Russia, he finds his new surroundings and the culture to be quite different, but his cop instincts take over as he begins to take down international crime ring.
